The Primal Pantry, makers of delicious, no-nonsense health bars, set the Kindly community a challenge to improve mental health on Instagram & raise money for Mind.

The challenge brief was:

- Studies suggest social media can negatively affect mental health, especially in young people.

- Help us fill Instagram with top tips to stay relaxed and feeling awesome. For every post we’ll donate £3 to MIND, up to £500.

- Share your essential ingredients for a happy life using #HappyLifeIngredients.

The goal

Our goal was to fill social media feeds with suggestions of simple things people can do to feel their very best! The Kindly community got creative, uploading photos of the ingredients they think lead to a happy life.

The Impact

Over 250 of you posted images to Instagram using #HappyLifeIngredients. Some of your suggestions included being mindful, staying active, eating well, talking to a friend, or just switching off your phone from time to time. 

The campaign raised £500 for Mind, to help their mission of mental health support.
